Job summary

Health & Human Services Commission (HHSC) seeks a qualified Eligibility Supervisor II to oversee a unit of eligibility advisors and clerical staff. The role involves processing appeal requests, representing the agency in hearings, and determining eligibility for Texas Works and related programs.

Qualifications

• Sixty (60) semester hours from an accredited college or university.
• 2 years of customer service experience may be substituted for education.
• Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Recent TIERS and EWMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities
