Job summary

The Primavera Foundation is seeking a Program Manager for the Rapid Rehousing program to lead staff, ensure quality, and coordinate housing services and compliance. The role emphasizes collaboration, data accuracy, and outcomes for clients moving into permanent housing.

Ideal candidates bring a social services background, leadership experience, and familiarity with HUD guidelines, RRH operations, and grant management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field.
• Two years leadership/management experience in nonprofit or for-profit sectors.
• Two years experience working with mental health, housing insecurity, or trauma-related direct service.
• One year of fiscal cycle grant and contract management.
• Knowledge of RRH programs and/or experience in housing programs.
• Proficient with Windows, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; database experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Arizona fingerprint clearance card or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, and evaluate program staff with guidance and mentorship.
• Review departmental activities and capacity; implement changes for effectiveness.
• Establish collaborative relationships with Primavera programs and landlords.
• Participate in Continuum of Care and Coordinated Entry functions as assigned.
• Ensure program compliance with HUD guidelines and 95% file accuracy.
• Maintain 100% accuracy in financial processes per HUD regulations.
• Update and maintain program materials and confidentiality standards.
• Model professional behavior and Primavera Foundation’s guiding principles.
