Job summary

New Reach in New Haven, CT is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Greater New Haven Youth Rapid Rehousing and Diversion teams, ensuring services are delivered per contract and funder requirements.

You will supervise staff, coordinate operations, and implement evidence-based models such as CTI and Motivational Interviewing, while advancing our mission to prevent homelessness and improve housing stability for vulnerable youth.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or BS/BA with 3–5 years of management experience.
• Critical Time Intervention Instructor Certification preferred.
• Program administration/development skills and leadership ability.
• Experience managing housing or service programs for at-risk populations.
• Experience with homelessness issues and equal access advocacy.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Team player aligned with New Reach mission.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and service delivery of youth rapid rehousing and diversion programs.
• Supervise and train staff; ensure program compliance with funders.
• Lead data reporting and program evaluation across monthly/quarterly/annual cycles.
• Coordinate training, community meetings, and partnerships.
• Maintain HMIS data quality and client records.
