Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 9 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM with at least 5 years of experience.
• Master's degree in STEM with at least 3 years of related experience.
• Proficient with MS Office suite.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance; US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Management responsibilities for projects engaged in initiating, designing, developing, executing, and implementing scientific research.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activities and research efforts.
• Direct daily operations of a team or work unit; supervise staff and set schedules.
• Monitor workloads of non-exempt employees and provide direction as required.
