Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leading cross-functional IPTs to meet cost, schedule and technical performance objectives.
• Developing program plans, budgets and baselines and tracking performance.
• Cultivating customer relationships and identifying opportunities for new work.
• Negotiating contracts, changes, and key terms and conditions.
• Delivering program status to executives and stakeholders.
