Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Programs 3 to lead Emerging Capabilities Development initiatives in Rolling Meadows, IL. The role oversees cross-functional teams, RF/EW program execution, and proposals to meet contractual needs.

You will drive scope, schedule, cost, and technical performance while interfacing with customers and partners to advance new opportunities. This on-site position requires a Secret clearance and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, CS, Math or Physics with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting U.S. Government programs and proposals.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost, schedule, and technical performance for complex programs.
• Identify and allocate resources, including workforce planning.
• Measure, report, and ensure execution aligns with contracts.
• Interact with customers, suppliers, and partners; present updates.
• Develop proposals, captures, and business plans for new opportunities.
• Manage customer and capital property; on-site leadership in Rolling Meadows.
