Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in San Jose, CA seeks an experienced contract Program Manager to lead the QTC and Finance M&A integration workstream. You will own governance, roadmaps, and cross-functional delivery across CRM and SAP ERP landscapes, coordinating with Sales, Finance, IT, and Engineering to ensure a minimal-disruption transition.

Key responsibilities include creating timelines, managing governance artifacts, data migration, and UAT readiness, while ensuring ASC 606/IFRS 15

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex, multi-functional technology programs incl. ERP and M&A integration.
• Proven experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and SAP ERP, esp. S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Quote to Cash processes and ASC 606/IFRS 15.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and data migration for master data.
• Proficient in program governance tools and Jira/Azure/Visio-style tools.
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall/hybrid delivery models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/IS; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the end-to-end program timeline for the QTC and Finance M&A integration workstream.
• Partner with PMO and stakeholders to translate vision into a structured plan with milestones.
• Engage with SAP FI/CO, SD and CRM teams to estimate effort and delivery feasibility.
• Establish and run program governance including RAID logs and Steering Committee.
• Coordinate data migration, integration, and cutover planning across master data workstreams.
• Manage cross-workstream dependency map and resolve conflicts and gaps.
• Drive execution by tracking progress, managing scope, and budget trade-offs.
• Own program-level stakeholder communication to the PMO.
• Coordinate UAT scheduling, cutover go-live planning, and hypercare support.
• Support change management and training for acquired employees and internal teams.
• Ensure ASC 606/IFRS 15, tax, and audit requirements reflected in the plan.
