• Oversee end-to-end program governance including risk management and executive reporting.
• As Scrum of Scrums Lead, coordinate multiple Scrum teams, facilitate cross-team collaboration and remove impediments.
• Drive delivery excellence, monitor program metrics and address risks impacting timelines or quality.
• Mentor teams, foster accountability and support career development to build a high-performance culture.
