Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years in program or project management.
• Experience leading large, global technology or business transformation programs.
• Hands-on leadership with Oracle ERP and/or SAP, coordinating multiple workstreams.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets, SOWs, and distributed teams.
• Deep understanding of enterprise processes (record-to-report, procure-to-pay, etc.).
• Ability to influence executives and drive decisions in a matrixed environment.
• Proven ability to create structure in ambiguity and deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Leads full lifecycle ERP transformation from strategy through value realization.
• Establishes governance, roadmap, dependencies, risks, and reporting cadence.
• Coordinates with sponsors, process owners, and IT leaders across functions.
• Directs design, build, testing, deployment, cutover, and stabilization activities.
• Manages vendors, SI partners, and budgets with executive reporting.
• Drives benefits realization and post-go-live stabilization and support.
