Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced ERP/SAP Program Manager to drive large-scale transformational projects across finance, sales, and production modules. You will lead multi‑module ERP implementations, manage risks, and guide stakeholders to successful outcomes.

The role requires deep SAP CM/CPE experience, significant travel, and proven ability to build client relationships while delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large global business transformation program delivery.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions and speak business language.
• Experience leading sales opportunities.
• Hands-on experience leading a functional stream in SAP CM/CPE and related modules.
• Total 5+ years in SAP CM, CPE, Commodity and Risk Management; hedge accounting.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and execute end-to-end Commodity & Risk Management solutions.
• Gather requirements and develop functional specs for custom developments.
• Develop proofs of concepts in SAP CM.
• Lead integration with SAP modules (MM, SD, TRM, FICO).
• Lead project teams, manage stakeholders and program finances.
