Job summary

Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) seeks a Program Manager 1-B-LDH to lead technology operations within the Digital Services Section. You will oversee system maintenance, performance monitoring, and service desk activities to ensure reliable, compliant DCFS technology services.

You will manage budgets, contracts, interagency agreements, and MOUs while coordinating with the Office of Technology Services and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Seven years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; OR six years in any field plus four years in relevant programs.
Bachelor’s degree plus four years in relevant programs; OR advanced degree/JD plus three years in relevant programs.

Responsibilities

Administers technology operations for DCFS systems, including maintenance, configuration, support, testing, and help desk activities.
Manages system performance monitoring, service desk tickets, and end-user support per service levels.
Performs troubleshooting, updates, and enhancements to ensure reliability and compliance with standards.
Develops budget projections and coordinates updates with the DCFS Budget Section.
Drafts and manages contracts, interagency agreements, DSAs, and MOUs for projects.
Liaises with Office of Technology Services (OTS) and stakeholders for alignment with standards.
Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
