Job summary

The Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking a Program Director, Child Welfare Services - Technology (CICC) to provide strategic leadership for technology, automation, and workflow modernization within the centralized CPS intake center. You will translate policy and operational needs into effective technology solutions and lead cross‑functional teams across DFCS and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area and two years supervising staff in human services.
• Experience leading technology-enabled child welfare programs.
• Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs technology program planning, development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Aligns technology strategy with DFCS priorities and policy.
• Leads cross‑functional teams across CICC operations and IT.
• Manages data reporting, performance measures, and program evaluation.
• Oversees automation and workflow modernization initiatives.
