Job summary

The People Concern is seeking a Program Manager based at their West Chatsworth locations to oversee Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) teams. This role requires managing community partnerships, ensuring compliance with funder standards, providing clinical supervision, and crisis management to support clients transitioning from homelessness.

Ideal candidates possess MSW, MFT, LPCC, or PsyD qualifications alongside supervisory experience in service management. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and retirement planning.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience with the homeless, preferably those with mental illness or substance addictions.
• Two years' supervisory experience managing staff.
• Current CA Driver's license with an acceptable record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ICMS Teams for daily operations and crisis management.
• Ensure accurate documentation and data collection for program clients.
• Provide budgetary oversight in coordination with Housing Director.
