Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, education, business administration, communications, or related field with 2 years related experience.
• Associate’s degree in healthcare administration, education, business administration, communications, or related field with 4 years related experience.
• Experience with technology and virtual meeting platforms, Office apps, Adobe, and workflows in financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned operational projects of the FAMI-MD virtual grant program, including recruitment, program implementation, communications, data management, technology support, and grant-related financial processes.
• Assists with supervision of facilitators and supports stakeholder engagement and reporting.
• Ensures fiscal compliance and tracks program outcomes to advance faculty development and nurse educator workforce goals across Maryland.
