Job summary

The role develops budgets, reviews funds, and projects budgets for each grant’s lifetime, supporting operational leaders across the organization. Experience in grant administration is preferred but not essential; candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to adapt to evolving sponsor requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree required.
• 3+ years of related experience; NIH grants and/or clinical trials preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills required; experience with accounting/financial software helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grant proposal preparation and identify funding opportunities.
• Oversee grant application processes and develop study budgets.
• Monitor budgets, review invoices, and ensure sponsor compliance and fiscal policies.
