Maryland Coastal Bays Program is seeking a Grants & Contracts Specialist to manage a growing portfolio of grants, contracts, subawards, and funding agreements. This in-person, full-time role collaborates with the Finance Manager and program staff to ensure compliant financial and reporting practices, and maintains audit-ready documentation.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, proficiency with QuickBooks, and strong organizational skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of grants/contracts experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret grant, contract, procurement, and admin requirements and work cross-functionally.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain an organization-wide system for tracking grants, contracts, and funding conditions.
• Coordinate grant reporting, budgets, and reimbursement documentation with staff.
• Track expenditures and allocate costs to funding sources.
• Support grant applications with deadlines, budgets, and narratives; coordinate procurement documents.
• Draft contracts, subawards, amendments, and related documents; coordinate legal review.
