Job summary

Appian is seeking a Program Manager (Intel) to design and lead mission-critical customer success programs for Intel in a heavily regulated environment. The role centers on architecting enterprise-wide initiatives and driving measurable outcomes with top-level stakeholders.

You will collaborate with CS, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to align roadmaps with customer missions and Appian business objectives. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience with Intel Community and mission-critical needs.
• 10+ years in program management or customer success for B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver enterprise-wide customer success programs for Intel.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across CS, Sales, Product, Engineering and Pro Services.
• Define strategic roadmaps with IC stakeholders and Appian objectives.
• Monitor KPIs like NPS, churn, renewals, and adoption metrics.
