Appian is seeking a Program Manager (Intel) to design and deliver mission-critical customer success programs for Intel customers from our McLean headquarters. This role requires in-person collaboration 4-5 days a week to drive cross-functional initiatives with CS, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services.

You will define strategic roadmaps, establish KPIs, and manage adoption, value realization, and renewal efforts for IC clients, including handling sensitive government engagements

Formación

• 10+ years of program management or customer success in B2B SaaS.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide cross-functional initiatives.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with objectives.
• Strong data analytics and KPI management.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and execute enterprise-wide customer success programs for Intel.
• Coordinate across CS, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Define KPIs such as NPS, churn, renewal, health scores and adoption metrics.
• Lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives from initiation to completion.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities with business objectives.
