Job summary

Appian is seeking a Program Manager (Intel) based at its McLean, VA HQ, on-site 4–5 days a week. Lead enterprise-wide customer success programs for Intel, coordinating across CS, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to ensure mission-critical outcomes with measurable impact.

The role requires 10+ years in PM or CS within B2B SaaS, strong strategic roadmapping, and experience with Intel-focused requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
• Experience with Intel Community and mission-critical customer requirements is preferred.
• 10+ years in program management or customer success within B2B SaaS with enterprise impact.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across onboarding, adoption, value realization, and renewal.
• Strategic roadmaps that tie outcomes to business objectives and drive impact.
• Strong analytical skills and KPI management for professional services and contracts.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph is required.
• Certifications such as PMP/CSM are a plus; CRM skills (Salesforce) and CS platforms are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise-wide customer success programs for Intel customers.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across CS, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to ensure seamless experiences.
• Define strategic roadmaps, influence decisions, and align priorities with customer missions and Appian goals.
• Monitor KPIs (NPS, churn, renewals, health, adoption) to demonstrate program impact and drive improvements.
