Job summary

Appian is seeking a Program Manager (Intel) in McLean, VA to design and deliver mission-critical customer success programs for Intel customers, on-site at Appian Headquarters. You will lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Product, Engineering and Services to drive measurable outcomes and define strategic roadmaps aligned with customer missions and Appian objectives.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (Business Administration, Information Systems, Public Administration, Engineering).
• Intel Focus: Experience with the Intel Community and mission-critical customer requirements.
• Experience: 10+ years in program management or customer success within B2B SaaS.
• Program Leadership: Lead cross-functional projects and customer success programs from design through execution.
• Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute roadmaps aligning outcomes with business objectives.
• Data-Driven Management: Analyze and manage KPIs for program optimization.
• Stakeholder Influence: Engage and build trust with senior stakeholders.
• Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver enterprise-wide customer success programs for Intel customers.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across CS, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services.
• Define strategic roadmaps with senior stakeholders and align priorities with customer missions and Appian business objectives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs (NPS, churn, renewal, health scores) to drive improvement and demonstrate impact.
