Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for a Direct hire role in Wall Township, NJ onsite. You will own the program plan and manage scope, schedule, cost, and customer commitments while leading a matrixed team across functional departments.

Candidates should have 5+ years in product development or program management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to navigate international time zones. Salary ranges up to $145,000 with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or equivalent technical degree.
• Master’s in Engineering Management or MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of product development, project management or program management support experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage business partners and projects across international time zones.

Responsibilities

• Pilot development programs and sustaining programs: define plan/input, objectives and lifecycle tasks.
• Develop and drive program objectives regarding Quality, Cost, Schedule, Technical Performance and Customer Satisfaction.
• Analyze risks and opportunities; conduct periodic program reviews and lessons learned.
• Coordinate cross-department interactions to ensure on-time, high-quality production and aftermarket delivery.
