Job summary
Aptar is seeking a Program Manager to lead global market development for closures, owning the full product lifecycle from concept to launch. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and external partners to deliver on-time, within-budget results.
Hybrid role based in Mukwonago, WI or Lincolnton, with travel and strong emphasis on structured problem solving, stakeholder management, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline required.
- Master's degree preferred (Engineering or Business).
- Experience leading complex NPD projects and interfacing with customers is essential.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the project lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Finance.
- Proactively manage risk and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Interface with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on project and technical matters.
- Promote continuous improvement and apply structured problem-solving techniques.
