Work Schedule: Hybrid (minimum 3 days onsite per week)

Overview

One behalf of our client in the greater Boston area, we are seeking multiple Program Managers, associate level to more senior, to own and drive the end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) lifecycle, guiding products from early concept through launch and eventual end-of-life.

These roles partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and at a high level of quality.

The Program Manager serves as the connective link across engineering, operations, marketing, and commercial teams—aligning stakeholders, managing risk, and maintaining momentum in a fast-paced product development environment. This is an individual contributor role ideal for someone who leads through influence and thrives in dynamic, execution-focused settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new consumer products from concept to market
  • Own program planning and execution across the full product lifecycle
  • Develop and manage timelines, milestones, resources, risks, and dependencies
  • Partner with internal teams to support go-to-market readiness and commercialization
  • Track and report on program KPIs to support data-driven decision making

  • Act as a liaison between global and local teams to ensure alignment and execution
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or business-related field preferred
  • Experience in program management or product development (range flexible)
  • Background in consumer goods or regulated product environments strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project or similar), Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable presenting to senior leadership
  • High energy, accountable, and action-oriented mindset
