Job summary

ADAC in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a Program Manager to lead the design, development and launch of multiple programs. You will monitor costs, timing and ensure milestones are met while keeping stakeholders informed.

You will chair regular meetings, interface with customers, manage open issues and maintain project plans, budgets, and tooling. Travel as needed and collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Plastics Engineering, or Operations Management.
• 10 years of total experience in engineering and/or management in plastics design, manufacturing, and quality.
• Training certification in related Automotive and Plastics engineering disciplines a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team to a successful design, development and launch of programs.
• Monitor the cost and timing of new or current programs.
• Hold regular meetings to track accountability and inform upper management of status.
• Interface with customers to meet program milestones and close open issues.
• Lead and direct team members activities.
• Assist in coordination of commercial quotes and review for accuracy.
