• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years leading inter-related projects/programs in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Proficiency with project and program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities, timelines and resources.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of multiple programs and projects from evaluation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
• Monitor progress using dashboards and data to identify risks and inform decisions.
• Identify execution gaps and dependencies; develop practical solutions to stay on track.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, and others to align priorities.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure accountability and commitments.
• Facilitate status meetings; communicate progress, risks, and resource needs.
• Evaluate changes for impact on scope, schedule, budgets, and commitments.
• Improve standard processes, templates, reporting, governance, and PM tools.
• Provide coaching to project owners and teams on planning, accountability, risk management.
