Right At School in Washington is seeking a Program Manager to lead before- and after-school programs in a child-focused, safety-first environment. You will coordinate staff, maintain licensing standards, and implement daily activities that combine fitness, curriculum, and fun while ensuring high-quality experiences for children.

This role emphasizes clear communication with families and partners, meticulous record-keeping, and collaboration with the Area Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience balancing multiple priorities while delivering quality service to stakeholders.
• 12 credits minimum of 100+ level college courses.
• Experience with children; knowledge of special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development or related field.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication with adults and children.
• Model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Joy: model behavior, maintain safety standards, update site documents and licensing.
• Safety Assurance: monitor and report safety protocols to protect participants.
• Effective Communication: engage families and partners; respond promptly during program hours; collaborate with Area Manager.
• Documentation and Compliance: maintain check-in/out records; follow attendance procedures.
• Daily Routine: implement daily activities, fitness, and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
