Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to oversee before- and after-school programs in Pennsylvania. You will lead staff, ensure safety and quality, and deliver engaging activities aligned with our mission to inspire a love of learning and provide families with peace of mind.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, and experience with children. Strong communication, organization, and adherence to state requirements are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Coursework or training in child development or related field helpful.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Joy: maintain safety and joy standards and uphold policies.
• Effective Communication: engage with families, partners, peers, and children; respond promptly.
• Safety Assurance: support and report on safety protocols.
• Documentation and Compliance: keep accurate records of check-ins/check-outs and attendance procedures.
• Daily Routine: implement daily activities, fitness and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
