Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Eatontown, NJ, is seeking a Program Manager to lead our group home. You will supervise staff, implement developmental plans, coordinate transportation and outings, and ensure a safe, supportive environment for individuals in care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's in a related field preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience in a child/adult behavioral health care setting.
• Two years experience with individuals with disabilities in a community setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement occupational, recreational, social and other developmental plans for individuals in care.
• Ensure facilities are maintained to present Devereux as a good neighbor.
• Hire, manage performance, attendance, payroll accuracy and training for staff.
• Ensure shifts are adequately covered and programs documented.
• Plan group outings and manage shopping for home essentials.
• Schedule and transport individuals to appointments, activities and day programs.
