Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Pitman, NJ seeks a Program Manager to lead a group home, coordinate developmental plans, and supervise staff while ensuring high-quality care for individuals with behavioral health needs.

The role oversees scheduling, transportation, shopping for household needs, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, servant-leadership culture.

Qualifications

Plans and implements the occupational, recreational, social and other developmental plans designed for each individual in their care.
Responsible for maintaining program facilities and presenting Devereux as a good neighbor.
Oversees staff including hiring, performance management and training compliance.
Ensures all shifts are adequately covered.
Supervises planning, implementation and documentation of social, emotional, physical and personal needs.
Plans and participates in group outings for individuals.
Manages shopping for home necessities.
Schedules and transports individuals to appointments, outings and day programs.
