Job summary

Kymber Consulting Group, DC-based, seeks six Program Managers to support the CA/PPT Passport Services Directorate. Responsible for planning, execution, and monitoring of tasks across CA/PPT offices within cost, schedule, and quality constraints.

Roles require a Master’s degree, 8+ years PM experience, PMP certification, and an active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one. ISO 9001 quality mgmt, risk management, and MS Office/Power BI proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field; 12 years may substitute.
• 8+ years of Program Manager experience required.
• Active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor tasks from inception to completion, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Apply Quality Management System principles and ISO 9001 standards to all work.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with CA/PPT leadership and stakeholders to define objectives and deliverables.
• Assign contractor schedules, review work, supervise personnel, and communicate policies.
• Lead continuous service-delivery improvement toward more efficient capabilities.
• Contribute office-level results and 30-60-90-day plans to progress reports.
