• Experience managing contractor staff and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractor staff, assign schedules, supervise personnel, and review work discrepancies.
• Plan, execute, and monitor tasks from inception to completion on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
• Apply Quality Management Systems and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
• Identify risks and build mitigation strategies for successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define objectives and deliverables.
• Lead continuous service delivery improvement for efficiency and performance.
• Communicate organizational policies and goals to staff.
• Foster innovation across the team.
