The role is contingent upon contract award and involves risk management, cross‑functional collaboration, and service delivery improvements. A PMP certification and active Secret Clearance are required.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience as a Program Manager.
• Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001.
• A track record in risk management and fostering innovation.
• Master's degree in a related field, or 12 years of relevant experience in place of the degree.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Active Secret Clearance Required.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractor staff, assign schedules, supervise personnel, and review work discrepancies.
• Plan, execute, and monitor tasks from inception to completion on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
• Apply Quality Management Systems and keep the program compliant with ISO 9001.
• Identify risks and build mitigation strategies to ensure successful task outcomes.
• Work with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to define task objectives and deliverables.
• Lead continuous service delivery improvement for more efficient capabilities and performance.
• Communicate the organization's policies, purposes, and goals to staff.
• Foster innovation across the team.
