PBG delivers mission-focused solutions in Washington, DC. PBG seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a headquarters professional support services program for a federal customer on-site in Washington, DC.

The role requires a SECRET clearance and oversight of ~200 personnel across nine headquarters offices, with emphasis on timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of PM experience, PMP, a strong QMS/ISO 9001 background, and proficiency with the full MS

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of experience as a Program Manager.
• Strong knowledge of QMS and ISO 9001 standards.
• Focus on risk management and fostering innovation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio and Power BI.
• Master's degree or twelve years of related experience.
• PMP certification.
• SECRET clearance required prior to contract performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractor staff, including scheduling, review of work discrepancies, and supervision.
• Plan, execute, and monitor tasks from inception to completion within timelines and budgets.
• Share responsibility for contract performance as the Executive Officer's Program Manager.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for successful task outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders on objectives and deliverables.
• Conduct continuous service delivery improvement for more efficient capabilities.
• Communicate policies, purposes, and goals to contractor personnel.
• Apply QMS practices and ISO 9001 standards in managing the work.
• Provide progress updates and contribute to monthly program status reports.
