Job summary

La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) in Southern New Mexico is expanding an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team. This role will monitor and coordinate the activities of the Patient Management Team in partnership with the Clinical Supervisor, ensuring proper utilization of services and equipment.

The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, supervisory experience, and familiarity with health service delivery for underserved populations.

Qualifications

Job Summary:

With the expansion of LCDF services as a newly designated Certified Behavioral Health Community Center, we are creating an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team. This position will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating the activities of the assigned Patient Management Team, in partnership with assigned Clinical Supervisor, in compliance with established utilization of services and equipment

• Must be a self-initiating and adaptable with an ability to communicate to a variety of staff members.
• Must be able to follow directions well.
• Must possess good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be highly organized. Must have high attention to detail.
• Must have excellent math skills. Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Must have basic understanding of IBM computers and Windows, Microsoft Word, Word Perfect, variety of Spread sheet programs; RAMS MIS system a plus.
• Knowledge in health management and service delivery.
• Knowledge of and experience with the poverty level population and life-styles.

Job Requirements:

• Associates degree (min. 2 years college) plus one year experience in similar position or high school diploma (or equivalent) plus two years experience in similar position. Must have minimum one year experience in a supervisory role.
• The ability to consistently establish positive working relationships, communicate and work cooperatively with clients, staff, colleagues, and community members.
• A thorough knowledge and use of community resources, Agency services, and requirements of funding systems.
