La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) in Southern New Mexico is expanding its behavioral health services and forming an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team. This position will monitor and coordinate the activities of the Patient Management Team in collaboration with the Clinical Supervisor, ensuring proper utilization of services and compliant practice.

Candidates should have at least an Associate degree or equivalent, plus supervisory experience; strong communication, organization, and

Qualifications

• Associates degree (min. 2 years college) plus one year experience in similar position.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) plus two years experience in similar position; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to establish positive working relationships with clients, staff and community members.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate activities of the assigned Patient Management Team.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Supervisor to ensure proper utilization of services and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records and protect confidentiality; communicate effectively with staff.
