La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) in Southern New Mexico is expanding its behavioral health services and forming an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team. This position will monitor and coordinate the activities of the Patient Management Team in collaboration with the Clinical Supervisor, ensuring proper utilization of services and compliant practice.

Job Summary:

With the expansion of LCDF services as a newly designated Certified Behavioral Health Community Center, we are creating an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team. This position will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating the activities of the assigned Patient Management Team, in partnership with assigned Clinical Supervisor, in compliance with established utilization of services and equipment

• Must possess good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be highly organized. Must have high attention to detail.

• Must have basic understanding of IBM computers and Windows, Microsoft Word, Word Perfect, variety of Spread sheet programs; RAMS MIS system a plus.
• Knowledge in health management and service delivery.
• Knowledge of and experience with the poverty level population and life-styles.

Job Requirements:

• Associates degree (min. 2 years college) plus one year experience in similar position or high school diploma (or equivalent) plus two years experience in similar position. Must have minimum one year experience in a supervisory role.
• The ability to consistently establish positive working relationships, communicate and work cooperatively with clients, staff, colleagues, and community members.
• A thorough knowledge and use of community resources, Agency services, and requirements of funding systems.
