Competenze

• Must be 21 years or older per Program Regulations.
• High school diploma or GED and one or more of the following: two years’ experience with clients/adolescents with psychological/emotional disturbances; or two years of post-secondary education in a human service related field; or 40 hours of documented training (20 pre-service + 20 within 90 days).

Job Summary:

The Behavioral Management Specialist is responsible providing direct services to those individuals on their case load.In addition, behavior management specialist is responsible for referring clients to appropriate services.

Job Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older per Program Regulations
• High school diploma or G.E.D and one or more of the following:(a) Two years’ experience working with clients and adolescents with severe psychological/ emotional disturbances/neurobiological disorders; or(b) Two years of post-secondary education in a human service related field; or(c) A minimum of 40 hours of documented training (20 hours of pre-service training + 20 hours additional training within 90 days)
