Responsibilities

Maintains attention to detail and utilizes sound judgment.

Responsibilities Program Management and Administration Plans, organizes, and manages day-to-day activities for small- and large-scale interprofessional simulations. Develops procedures and implements logistics for the administration of small-scale and large-scale interprofessional simulations. Assists with monitoring IPER budget and related contracts for interprofessional simulations and equipment to ensure overarching program budget is maintained. Assists in developing strategic plans and goals for small- and large-scale interprofessional simulations. Works to ensure vertical integration with foundational and advanced IPE curriculum. Assists with the development and production of materials designed for small- and large-scale interprofessional simulations. Research, develop, and prepare presentations with internal and external stakeholders and local and regional conferences. Liaises/meets with internal and external stakeholders to promote excellence in program delivery and to ensure communication between partners. Works with other team members to ensure tasks are distributed across the IPER team and appropriately across stakeholders to manage workload. Assists with other program workgroups as needed.

Student Engagement Engages students directly for operational coordination. Develops and conducts programs for students, faculty, staff, and community volunteers including leadership training, conferences, seminars, and workshops. Serves in an advisory capacity for certain initiatives.

Communication and Collaboration Maintains and develops communications between partners by attending meetings. Collaborates with teams of colleagues and stakeholders to ensure tasks are distributed effectively and appropriately to manage workload and meet goals.

Other Requirements and Factors This position is security sensitive. This position requires compliance with state and federal laws/codes and Texas A&M University System/TAMU policies, regulations, rules and procedures.
