Job summary

UC Irvine Health is seeking a Program Manager for the Integrative and Functional Medicine Fellowship (IFMF) to oversee operations, coordinate curriculum initiatives, and support educational goals while aligning with institutional priorities.

The role requires independent judgment, strong communication, and extensive experience in health professions education programs. A Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience are expected; a related master's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience / training.
• At least 7 years of experience and/or relevant work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of health professions education program curriculum and requirements.
• Excellent communicator with verbal and written skills and discretion.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program activities and support curriculum and educational initiatives.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure effective implementation of program goals and requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and long-term program development.
