Job summary

UC Irvine’s Integrative and Functional Medicine Fellowship seeks a skilled Program Manager to lead day-to-day operations and long-term development of IFMF. You will coordinate activities, support curriculum initiatives, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet program goals.

The role requires deep knowledge of health professions education, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of health professions education program curriculum and requirements.
• Experience applying administrative analysis to improve programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IFMF program operations, coordinating activities and stakeholders.
• Support curriculum initiatives, manage enrollment, and ensure compliance.
• Identify opportunities for program enhancement and long-term planning.
