Job summary
BRYDGY LLC is hiring a Program Manager – Industrial Automation to lead end-to-end delivery of complex automation programs for US Automotive and EV manufacturing customers. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and cross-functional teams across globally distributed engineering and supply chain operations.
The role requires ownership mindset, strong techno-commercial balance, and a track record of on-time, on-budget execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics) or Operations Management is required.
- PMP certification strongly preferred; Six Sigma Green Belt a plus.
- 7+ years of program management in industrial automation or capital equipment environments.
- Deep knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and automotive launch readiness per AIAG standards.
Responsibilities
- Own, drive, and deliver industrial automation programs for OEM and Tier 1 Automotive and EV customers.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and cross-functional teams across globally distributed operations.
- Develop program plans, milestone schedules, APQP deliverables, and stage-gate reviews.
