Job summary

Harbinger Motors Inc. in California seeks a Technical Program Manager to join our Program Management Office. You will coordinate and communicate the status of key engineering programs across the organization, driving product improvements for our cutting-edge medium-duty EV platform.

You will partner with engineering, supply chain, quality and manufacturing teams to ensure milestones are met, risks are managed, and changes are implemented with rigor and urgency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in an engineering discipline.
• 3-5+ years in a technical or management role within a technical sector; automotive experience is a plus.
• Startup experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more major subsystems, projects and/or programs.
• Develop and maintain project plans to launch product improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and cross-functional partners to meet milestones and balance priorities.
• Drive projects to successful completion by guiding engineering teams with urgency.
• Understand critical path(s); identify, report and resolve roadblocks.
