Lead the BD function end-to-end, build BRYDGY's market presence, and travel as needed to engage customers and industry events. Strong technical sales and strategic networking are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or Business (required).
• 7–12 years of BD, technical sales, or account management in industrial automation.
• Demonstrated track record winning competitive RFQs and OEM program agreements.
• Network of procurement, engineering, and manufacturing decision-makers at OEMs/Tier 1.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Aufgaben

• Own the US automation BD pipeline from market mapping through RFQ, proposal, negotiation, and award.
• Develop new business with OEMs, Tier 1/2 suppliers: GM, Ford, Stellantis, Toyota, BMW.
• Target EV manufacturers: Tesla, Rivian, Lucid, and legacy OEM EV divisions.
• Conduct deep market intelligence on US automation trends and translate into BD strategy.
• Develop compelling automation capability presentations and RFQ proposals.
• Act as commercial liaison between customers and internal engineering teams.
• Coordinate with Engineering & Sales Director on RFQ prioritization and pricing strategy.
• Represent BRYDGY at AUTOMATE, IMTS, AIA Vision Show and industry forums.
• Track and report BD pipeline metrics: pipeline value, win/loss rates, conversion velocity.
• Support contract negotiations, term structuring, and strategic account onboarding.
• Build long-term relationships with procurement and supply chain leaders at OEMs.
