The Program Manager will support customer account strategies, educate healthcare staff on compliance and efficiency, and work independently. Candidates should have experience in account management, preferably within healthcare.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Support the development and execution of customer account strategies that align with defined key business metrics, including client retention, revenue growth, cost savings and profitability.
• Partner with the Account Managers and Field Service to ensure service meets requirements.
• Serve as the customer’s advocate internally to help them meet safety, sustainability, efficiency and compliance goals.
• Visit sites frequently to:
• Educate clinical staff on products and services related to safety, sustainability, efficiency and compliance.
• Conduct routine audits related to the contract’s KPIs.
• Hold consultative business reviews after analyzing their metrics and goals.
• Hold ongoing customer meetings to communicate best practices, business results and successes.
• Internally collaborate and teach different teams including operations, sales, logistics and finance.
• Assist with installs and implementations for new customers or expansions of current offerings.
• Manage accounts, preferably within healthcare.
• Build strong relationships.
• Be customer‑service minded.
• Work independently without direct supervision.
• Use CRM systems such as Salesforce.com.
