Job summary

MyPath is seeking a Program Manager to lead multiple programs serving adults with behavioral or medical disabilities. You will work with guardians, clients, and staff, coordinating in-home care and documentation in the office. Travel to client sites is required and homecare experience is highly preferred.

You will onboard hires, develop ISP plans, supervise staff, and coordinate medical and day-to-day operations while handling emergencies and HR functions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• 3 years direct care experience and 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility, autonomy, responsiveness, and initiative.
• Ability to travel and valid Wisconsin driver’s license with 3 years driving record; personal vehicle with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Interview and onboard new hires, including training on precautions.
• Develop and manage ISP for assigned clients.
• Ensure ISP services are delivered across programs for clients.
• Be available for program emergencies outside normal hours.
• Ensure medical supplies are available and staff are trained on treatments.
• Serve as primary contact for hospital staff on treatments and stays.
• Oversee household operations including menus, shopping, housekeeping, and vehicle maintenance.
• Perform HR and payroll tasks for direct reports, including hiring and coaching.
• Manage client funds and valuables responsibly.
