Job summary

Open Arms Care Corporation is seeking a Program Manager in Memphis, TN to lead the care and administration of assigned client programs for individuals with IDD. You will develop, implement, and ensure ISP, BSP, and Medical Support Plans, while training staff and ensuring accurate documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Human Services, 1 year IDD experience, CPR and PCM certifications, a valid driver’s license, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Human Services or related field required.
  • 1 year of experience working with individuals diagnosed with IDD required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • PCM certification within 60 days of hire.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and related programs.

Responsibilities

  • Directs assigned client programs and implements programmatic and administrative policies.
  • Develops and ensures compliance with Individual Support Plans, Behavior Support Plans, Medical Support Plans, and protocols.
  • Trains, supervises, and evaluates employees for accurate documentation of supports.
  • Promotes Open Arms Care policies and regulatory compliance across programs.
  • Maintain documentation and data collection in a timely and professional manner.
  • Attend designated meetings and committees and provide leadership in program operations.
