Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating with regulatory bodies, attending court hearings when needed, auditing records, and leading training initiatives to support program development and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or human services with relevant coursework.
• Graduate-level coursework in family and individual function and interaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or human services with related coursework.
• Five years of full-time experience in child-placing activities or related field per option.

Responsibilities

• Oversee case management activities, home development and recruitment, and intake/discharge coordination for the assigned office.
• Provide operational oversight and supervision to CPA staff.
• Ensure service quality and documentation compliance; review and approve related plans and placements.
• Upload and complete documentation within two business days; meet with staff to discuss caseloads.
• Attend court hearings as needed and facilitate monthly staff meetings.
• Collaborate with DFPS representatives, private agencies, and supporting agencies; respond to regulatory inquiries.
• Regularly audit client and family records and participate in quality improvement activities.
