Job summary

Amazon's ORBIT Program Management Office seeks a forward-thinking program leader to scale automation across NA Last Mile. You will build repeatable intake-to-delivery pipelines, AI-assisted workflows, and standardize SOPs across six portfolios.

This horizontal role owns the how, across six portfolios, partnering with BI engineers and portfolio leaders, aiming for a 60% manual-prep-reduction and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel and SQL proficiency.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale ORBIT's standard work library, reporting standards, and flash reporting mechanisms.
• Partner with BI Engineers and portfolio leaders to design, prototype, and deploy AI-assisted automations.
• Audit and standardize SOPs across six portfolios, removing manual effort from recurring deliverables.
• Manage cross-functional program lifecycles across six portfolios and drive operational excellence.
• Communicate program status, analyze KPIs, and align stakeholders on priorities.
