Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.

Responsibilities

• Own the IMR Monthly Check-in cadence with F5 SPOCs, ensuring timely data collection and action follow-through.
• Author and distribute the IMR Monthly Flash for L8+ management, summarizing metrics and narrative.
• Manage the IMR OP1 calendar and lead annual planning milestones with leadership review checkpoints.
• Lead IMR Budget Audits and Fleet Management reporting with WW Ops Finance for accuracy and reconciliation.
• Own xBR SharePoint management for cross-functional documentation accessibility.
• Drive AI Efficiency initiatives including HVE Playbook Automation and Daily Records Email.
• Own ORBIT OTR Planner Deprecation Plan and transition away from legacy tooling.
• Provide program support for Product Analytics translating business needs into analytics.
• Lead Page 0 Automation efforts to reduce manual dashboard prep and improve reporting consistency.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI/automation to PMO and reporting workflows and build a business case.
• Set and embody strong team culture and standards aligned with Amazon's Leadership Principles.
• Drive alignment with leadership across internal AMZL teams and partner business teams.
