Job summary

Amazon’s Operations Engagement team within WWGS is seeking a Program Manager II to own programs end-to-end—identifying performance gaps, designing scalable solutions, and driving execution across cross-functional partners.

You will translate complex challenges into repeatable solutions through data, analytics, and AI tools to inform store-level decisions and improve profitability, labor efficiency, and customer experience.

Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, QuickSight) to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver operations engagement programs that drive measurable impact to store profitability, labor efficiency, and customer experience metrics.
Dive deep into store-level performance data to identify root causes of operational gaps.
Leverage AI-powered diagnostics and data-driven analytics to identify performance opportunities and deliver actionable insights.
Identify and apply operational insights from both Amazon and Whole Foods Market to strengthen store performance.
Design and deliver acumen training programs that meet operators where they are.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to provide clear, consistent direction operators can trust and execute.
Lead complex projects from concept through delivery with confidence and urgency.
